social

The daily life of a group whose members come from diverse backgrounds—hailing from various Brazilian states and even from abroad—cannot be reduced solely to researching, debating, and writing dissertations, theses, articles, and books. The social aspect is essential for people to get to know one another better, integrate into a new environment, and—why not?—be happy in a daily routine that can often be lonely and challenging.

The Constitution, Politics & Institutions (copi) group is attuned to this. Coffee after the weekly research seminars offers a constant opportunity for interaction. But that’s not all. There is also our now-traditional end-of-semester party, with food, drinks, and live music (performed by a band made up of copi members). And the most anticipated event of the year is undoubtedly the Olincopíadas, when we show off all our athletic talent, always in pursuit of fungold medals.
