Ph.D. candidate Bernardo Pacola presented his paper “Deliberative constitutionalism beyond the courts: a framework for assessing the deliberative performance of parliaments” at the 2025 Annual Conference of the International Society of Public Law (ICON-S), held in Brasília, from July 28 to 30. The paper is based on his master’s thesis, which he also wrote within our research group.
